Taylor and her bridesmaids were absolutely ICONIC in this destination wedding. Colorful, boho, tropical and all around dreamy, captured by Century Tree Productions at Austin wedding venue Prospect House. Wedding Planner + Designer Epoch Co+
Looking for a little inspiration for that wildly romantic wedding you’re planning? Pop over to see this simple, romantic design featuring gorgeous florals and pink velvet. Tersilla’s stunning romantic statement centerpiece with it’s wide range of juicy colors and cascading greenery was an absolutely dreamy addition and really added that swoon factor. Our Bride rocked her own black booties, and it is one of my favorite images with such wonderful juxtaposition between a little wild and a little romantic.
Taylor and Derek are something straight out of Vogue magazine with their exciting and care-free personalities. Taylor + Derek not only opted for first look, but for a private vow reading pre-ceremony. We love this idea for those looking for an intimate moment on their wedding day. The way Taylor’s hair and dress flowed with her movement, and their stunning smiles - you can’t help be feel 100% joy radiating from their images. And they are so damn beautiful you almost think there is no way this is a real wedding, it has to be styled! But NOPE. Real life couple goals right here, y’all! Prepare to swoon + be inspired!
What should the groom + groomsmen do when getting ready on the wedding day? What better than enjoying drinks & lunch at a local brewery, Jester King Brewery, and then getting dressed and ready with your favorite pals? That is exactly what Derek & his groomsmen did on his wedding day. We loved the relaxed & joyful atmosphere that surrounded this wedding all day long.
What does a wedding look like when the Bride is a thrifting queen from Florida, and the Groom is a home-brew-craft brew fiend from Dallas, who now both live in Tennessee after falling in love? Well, this video gives you an idea of what this fabulous couple helped dream up alongside our wedding design team for their unforgettable wedding day at Prospect House in Dripping Springs, Texas. It was truly an honor to be the wedding planners and designers for this dreamy couple and their rockstar entourage of family and friends. Big shout out to family friend, Breanna Bruner, who created this amazing video, and she couldn’t have done a better job capturing the vibe and feel of this adorable couple, Taylor and Derek.
WEDDING VENDOR DREAM TEAM:
Our wedding design team had the pleasure of planning alongside a wedding venue on the outskirts of Houston, Texas, The Meekermark, for their annual Date Night event. After meeting with the venue staff, our planners went to work gathering the missing vendor details and information for a “Modern Palm Springs Romance” design. Our team loves all things tropical and beachy - we wanted to take our love for island life and infuse it into the design that would perfectly compliment the agrarian meets modern charm of the venue.
Our team created a focal head table for design inspiration that fully embraced the modern + palm springs + romantic vibe. With Valentine’s Day being the special day of the event, we put our heads together with Urban Rubbish and chose to stick with bleached + white + creamy florals, adding in pink and peach tones. For linens, we incorporated luxe velvet linens in various tones of mauve, toffee and cream, with pops of amethyst provided by House of Hough. Pink napkins that played off of the protea colors were at each place setting with a delicious cupcake from Truly Scrumptious.
THE BRIDAL LOOK
A design isn’t complete without a model bride - read florist turned model (Evann you rock!!!) - to round out the whole look! We were thrilled to get Evann all dolled up to model the best floral head piece and bleached + palm springs bridal bouquet. It gave me all the boho, beachy vibes and made my heart sing!!!
Ivanov Artistry captured our look and vibe perfectly with the most fabulous braid incorporated! It embraced the romantic meets boho look effortlessly and the floral piece rounded out the “modern palm springs” aspect of the design. The whimsical bleached ferns….y’all, it was magic!
