Here in Texas, we love our sunsets just as much as our wide open spaces. So, when a Texas ranch wedding with mile-long views marries the two, we can’t wait to throw on our rhinestone cowgirl boots and jump on in! Kadi and Zach’s two day wedding celebration at Contigo Ranch in Fredericksburg, Texas, was the perfect combo of Southwestern ambiance meets Texan Chic! From the rehearsal dinner filled with boots and cowboy hats to a wedding day graced in color and class and even a salsa bar, this wedding was the perfect experience for the bride and groom and all their wedding guests!

Rehearsal Dinner

Often rehearsal dinners get overlooked and are done more as an afterthought. But this was not the case for Kadi and Zach! The lovely couple opted to throw a chic hoedown at their wedding venue Contigo Ranch the night before their wedding. They celebrated with their closest friends and family with a sunset dinner under twinkly lights and a lush floral table-scape created by Ida Mayes Floral. Putting extra thought and effort into your rehearsal dinner will leave you and your guest feeling like your wedding was a long weekend celebration and not just a single day of wedded bliss.

Getting Ready

For the Bride and Groom that are questioning if the small details of your wedding matter, we are here to say they do! Ceremony

Kadi and Zach’s wedding ceremony had the most breathtaking views that we can’t get enough of! The colorful floral nest created by Ida Mays Floral served as the perfect location for the bride and groom to say their vows with an epic sunset as a backdrop. Not only were Kadi’s colorful wedding florals a beautiful contrast to the muted vegetation, but it allowed for her and her flowers to stand out and mimic the sunset views. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Texas Hill Country, Contigo Ranch serves as the perfect Texas wedding venue for any couple looking to experience a weekend nature escape, or wanting to add a rustic yet modern touch to their nuptials.

Reception

For this southwestern-styled wedding, the color palette of pink, orange and yellow was the perfect sunset pairing for the bride and groom's wedding reception space. To continue with the Texas feel, the guest tables were each labeled with a native Texas wildflower to pay homage to the state. However, one of the most stylish features of the whole reception was a quaint little salsa bar that allowed the guest to snack the night away! And who doesn’t love a pink cake? Kadi and Zach’s wedding cake made by Zulys Bakery created a show-stopping photo op for this bride and groom!

Send Off

Did someone say pizza?! For Kadi and Zach’s wedding send-off, they wanted to make sure guests were leaving the party full and happy. What better way to achieve this than by having pizza as a late-night meal! One way to make a wedding memorable for guests is by providing them with plenty of opportunities to get their grub on. Guests will be sure to talk about your wedding for years to come! What can be a more romantic and a better way to end the night than a classic sparkler send-off? Sparklers create a fun exit for not only the Bride and Groom, but the guest as well and they are a classic way to end the big day! Kadi and Zach’s romantic wedding weekend at Contigo Ranch was the perfect Texas-sized bash for this new husband and wife!
