Heather and the EPOCH CO+ team were THE BEST money we spent on our wedding, and I could not recommend them higher. We got one of her planning packages, and she helped us every step of the way. She understood the vision I had, and helped us find the perfect vendors to fit what we wanted. We had a destination wedding in Austin, TX, and she made the planning process seamless, even neither of us live in Austin. She always answered us in a timely manner, worked with me when I would change my mind on design details, offered insight and answers on any questions we had, and truly helped with anything and everything. On the day of, neither I or my husband, had to think about the coordination of vendors or the timeline. Heather and her team were also there during the entire reception to make sure we had everything we needed, to make sure we had water, food, and drinks, and to solve any problems that might have come up. They truly were the reason our wedding was such a success, and I hope everyone gets the chance to meet the amazing people behind EPOCH CO+. Thank you for everything Heather!

The wedding encapsulated the terroir and the space of the venue itself, and turned it into something that was both very Dripping Springs and very us. It was classy as hell without being pretentious, and it was more fun than we could've imagined without any element being trashy. A wonderfully balanced occasion, to my tastes.
The preparatory process was great. We felt like we got everything we could've desired for the money we spent. It was a phenomenal investment into our wedding. Couldn't have happened without you!

Heather was absolutely amazing! At the last minute the person who was going to do our cake and dessert bar dropped out. I called Heather in a panic and she took over and told me not to worry. She found me the most amazing vendor and made all my dreams and vision come true ! Heather was all over the catering vendor to ensure they lived up to there contact promises. She cried with us, laughed with us and celebrated with us through this amazing time. Heather held my hand before I walked down the isle as my eyes started to tear thinking about everything. I hired Heather to be my day of coordinator for my wedding, and I'm so glad I did! She was such a major help not only the day of my wedding, but the weeks leading up. She created a schedule for the day of, contacted all my vendors to let them know when to arrive, created my table setup for my venue, and so many other things. The day of the wedding she kept everything on schedule and organized. I never had to worry about a thing because I knew Heather had it taken care of. I highly recommend her for any type of coordinating!
