We step in 6-8 weeks out to take the reins, review every moving part, and ensure your celebration runs seamlessly from start to finish. Wedding coordination isn’t just timeline tightening—it’s full-scale event management, backed by years of experience and a team that knows how to bring calm to the chaos.

    We review everything you’ve booked and flagged so far—identifying gaps, overlaps, or red flags—and develop a custom coordination strategy to pull it all together.

  2. Coordination Begins - Vendor wrangling + timekeeper
    We step in as the main point of contact for your vendor team—confirming arrivals, cueing key moments, managing walkthroughs, and setting expectations. Everyone’s on the same page, and you’re no longer in the middle of every question.

  3. Final Logistics - From cue sheets to chair counts
    We finalize layout details, coordinate rehearsals, and create streamlined timelines for your wedding party and family so everyone’s in sync.

  4. Event Management - Your only job? Show up and enjoy it.
    From setup to send-off, we’re on-site managing every detail behind the scenes. You stay present, relaxed, and fully in the moment—exactly where you’re supposed to be.
